The pickup location was very shady. The employee was very rude and was not helpful. The pin on the trailer hook was missing and was replaced with a wire fly swatter Do NOT recommend this location at all!!

Very convenient location!!
JAMES KThe employee was very nice, but the system wasn’t working and there didn’t seem to be a way for them to figure it out. I had to drive to another uhaul location for them to call dispatch and have them call my pickup location to release the truck, causing me to have to drive back there again and be over an hour late picking up my truck. It was a hassle and I was not filled with confidence that my rental details or charges would be correct.
Christopher RIt's apparently a new location for U Haul, Google maps didn't identify it as such. It's a store for vaping supplies and other paraphernalia. It's clean and bright.
