This location when got there to pick up the trailer the worker said he couldn't find the rental book so just take any of the trailer outside. We told him we have not even paid for it. So he called the manager for that region and handed me the phone to give my credit card information to. Never took the number or license plate number on the trailer we took from this location once the phone call was finished. Two women who rented this trailer had to hook the trailer up our selves. Absolutely ridiculous that a huge man at this location was too lazy to help out two women. The worst experience of my 60 years of age. I will NEVER recommend this location and I will NEVER rent from uhaul again when my beginning experience was this disrespectful.

We originally made our reservation with the location in 11th st in Sioix Falls however, it was changed to the Eastside emporium in E 26 th st which we did not want because the reviews we so were negative. That is exactly why I realized when I went to pick it up the lady was baling and swearing because the could figure out the system. Finally got the truck. I retuned at 11am on Saturday 4/25! I asked if I needed to sign anything and he said no .However when I received the final bill that night the person never checked in that I returned it until after 6pm that night causing another day row at charge if $19.95 + $10 rental fees. I expect this to be credited back ASAP! Totally acceptable and you should cut that ties with that location immediately! I lover the years we have you seven time but never again! Bob

Jill MPerson just told me to park uhaul anywhere and was on his phone. After trying to do it myself, I asked for his help, and he acted like he didnt know what he was doing.
