The truck was clean but both passenger doors didnt close properly. The location is a head shop, there was Marijuana for sale inside. The guy running it did not have access to the computer system to do the rental and got on the phone with another location and ended up getting into a shouting match and hanging up on them. At that point I walked out and called the ND number and had to have the rental processed that way. I had originally booked the reservation at the location that is 5 blocks from my house and it was redirected to the 'emporium' location which added an hour to my day driving out there and back. Overall, it was not a good experience. I would never go back to this location. I will say both agents i spoke with on the phone were very helpful and provided good customer service.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe drivers side cab leaked water when it rained. It ran down the seat belt and soaked me.
John SWorker was very friendly, helpful and personable! Easy process to rent and use one!
Megan EVery helpful associate.
James DThere were a bunch of plastic flowers, some trash, and a dolly in the truck that I had to remove. The lady told me there was 7/8 of a tank in the truck so I chose that amount when filling out the online form. In reality there was 5/8. So, I basically had to pay for gas later that was the previous driver’s responsibility. Recommend verifying for yourself the amount of gas before submitting your form so you don’t get tricked like I was.
