I suspect when somebody tells me they're going to do something I expect them to do it just like I do when I tell somebody I'm going to do something I stick to my promise and I do it when I got the truck no one cleaned it inside or out it had maggots it had cat hair dog hair puke Coca-Cola on the seat on the floor on the floorboard with sand mud grass and s*** inside and out and in this inside the back of the truck was the same thing and the blankets that were in the zip thing had maggots in the blanket smelled like s*** it had much sand and grit

The Eastside Emporium is a complete dump. Its a smoke shop / liquor store that is not where id choose to walk into especially with kids. The lady that helped us couldn't count moving blankets and had no clue how the rental process worked. The truck had a heck of an exaust leak and was extremely loud. When we took off on our move, it started to rain. The wiper blade on the driver side decinigrated as soon as we turned the wipers on. That cost me $18 at the gas station. My first U-Haul experience this year was great. This one not so much. I can explain in detail if someone wants to know.
Eric OThis location when got there to pick up the trailer the worker said he couldn't find the rental book so just take any of the trailer outside. We told him we have not even paid for it. So he called the manager for that region and handed me the phone to give my credit card information to. Never took the number or license plate number on the trailer we took from this location once the phone call was finished. Two women who rented this trailer had to hook the trailer up our selves. Absolutely ridiculous that a huge man at this location was too lazy to help out two women. The worst experience of my 60 years of age. I will NEVER recommend this location and I will NEVER rent from uhaul again when my beginning experience was this disrespectful.
tammy mWe originally made our reservation with the location in 11th st in Sioix Falls however, it was changed to the Eastside emporium in E 26 th st which we did not want because the reviews we so were negative. That is exactly why I realized when I went to pick it up the lady was baling and swearing because the could figure out the system. Finally got the truck. I retuned at 11am on Saturday 4/25! I asked if I needed to sign anything and he said no .However when I received the final bill that night the person never checked in that I returned it until after 6pm that night causing another day row at charge if $19.95 + $10 rental fees. I expect this to be credited back ASAP! Totally acceptable and you should cut that ties with that location immediately! I lover the years we have you seven time but never again! Bob
