The neigboring business made it difficult to get in the drive. Vehicles had to be moved while we waited, in the dark, on the shoulder of a busy highway, for over 10 minutes. The drop off process was NOT applicable for the location since we basicly left the vehicle parked OUTSIDE of a locked gate in the shared drive with the aboved mentioned very busy after dark yunkyard. There were 2 phone numbers supplied for the drop off location. Ine was disconnected, the other number was not answered.

DWAYNE PACKERFirst we arrived and they were airing a tire that they knew had a nail in it and was about to send us out with it. We saw nail and they said they were aware but was going to air/. We then had to get a trailer/ car hauler from another location. He didn’t do a walk through and didn’t know mileage he just guessed and didn’t know fuel. I took a picture of odometer when we picked up and didn’t match. When we delivered we showed our picture of odometer to them and they told us we wouldn’t be charged. We took back 2 days early. I have rented uhauls 4 times in last year and always made sure fuel was correct. Even gentleman at drop off saw and agreed. He told us to contact uhaul. I feel we should be refunded fuel as I had proof of fuel at pick up and drop off had more fuel than at pick up. 228-369-8071
