william rWe I called the manager of the location he told me that he couldn't help me and I needed to call uhaul. I called uhaul and the guy I spoke with was very helpful. When I went to return the vehicle my rental wasn't showing up on the app, i called uhaul and the lady I spoke with said she couldn't help me and told me to "leave the truck and they'd sort it out on Monday". Over all, not great customer service.
Brian TShowed up 20min late to his business when I was there right at opening time. This set me behind on moving agenda for the day (gas, weighing vehicle, loading, etc.) and complicated inventory management with the moving company who was actively working at my house. Once he arrived, it was a seamless rental.
Michael KWhen returning after hours the app was difficult and if app isn’t used, you are charged an extra $20.
