Very difficult to find where to rent the van. Went into other businesses asking for instructions on where to locate itâ€¦ you could make it clearer where to go and which directions to take. Otherwise, the service was great and the front desk worker was very helpful! The location of the office was just difficult to find, which was annoying.Natalie Rose R.

CSR was extremely helpful, quick, and efficient. The 10' was in overall decent mechanical shape, Slight misalignment but within acceptable margin. Anything else would just be looking for something to complain about and who has time for that Would recommend, would return as needs arise.Brent P.

Hi had called and booked the uhaul. Had advised that we needed it until 5pm and was shocked to find out that we only had it until 2pm. As we were moving in a large City and dealing with traffic and a distance between apartments this made it extremely difficult, rushed and we were unable to complete our move, forcing us to utilize our vehicles for the remainder of the move. The 19.95 that you are advertising is such a figment of the actual $100 for 4 hours of use of the truck! Extreme rip off. Shameful to be honest!Sheri R.

I appreciated the confirmation phone call from the location the day before. It gave me the opportunity to get details on the location and I was encouraged to visit in store versus picking up the van online so we could be walked through all the details about where to get keys and where the van is located. I think this helped a lot and made for a smooth experience on day of. The only piece that could be improved is using the app to return the van. The app makes you take a picture of the odometer, but you cannot upload a picture from an album on the phone. We were trying to return the keys to the lockbox so we weren't near the van, we had to walk back to the van to take a picture, and finish the return process there. A bit more functionality in the app would make for a more smooth process.Neil Richard S.

Only one staff was working at the end of the month and it takes way too long for all processes. I booked the truck 3 weeks in advance but unfortunately the person who rented the day before didn't return the truck that we were told that they may have to give us smaller truck instead which wouldn't work for my moving at all. Because of that there was even more delay. I know it's not the employee's fault but simply saying sorry or just not saying things to panic people on a moving day would be great. I called the next day regarding my experience and I was told that they will call me back after talking to the manager. No follow up calls received yesterday/this morning. The location was convenient but other than that, maybe it's better to go to Uhaul store as they work efficiently.Hyocheol J.

I would have liked more detailed information beforehand about returning the vehicle. The website was unclear and I had to go back to the van rental multiple times to end my reservation successfully.Ryan C.
I didn't have any issues with the truck but the delay in picking it up due to computer issues ended up costing me an extra hour charge by my movers which was financially devastating. And when I shared my concerns at the office, l was dismissed and told to call the toll free number and complain. Because of the above reasons, I will not be using this location and may be Uhaul in the future, nor recommend it to my clients. Thank you.Desta H.
Service was excellent; friendly, and efficient. Truck was ready to go, functional, and clean. The central location was perfect for us, and a nice change from having to drive to the suburbs for these sorts of things. The only complaint is that there is no where to park your own vehicle without paying for downtown parking. This isn't really a problem, but could be better communicated when booking. It didn't matter to us, as we planned to drive our own vehicle too, but the young man in front of us looked fairly distressed when he found he'd need an extra $25 (minimum) for parking.Adam John Joseph T.

Inspite of my "above average" rating I would not recommend because of your advertising/actual invoice pricing discrepancy. Your website says a cargo van rental has $.59 per km. cost. At site you charge on the invoice $.69 per km. WHY?Robert L.

The woman was alone at the desk, doing what seemed to be a two person job. Because of that it took a lot longer. We booked the truck from 11am-2pm but didn't end up getting the keys until close to noon. We were hurried to complete the moving job because we had to get the truck back by 2pm. Better organization for booking window required.James H.

First of all, the address is not at an easy move financial, it's an animal clinic. The lock box for the key is like a block away and I couldn't find the key drop off anywhere! This location was like an episode of the amazing race trying to figure out where everything was. The truck itself was fine but maybe make it easier to find the keys and everythingIreland M.

The only concern we had was when we returned the vehicle to the parking lot on 9th Avenue we parked my car there for 10-15 minutes while she inspected the U-haul and finished the bill. We were not sure if that was ok? Where those stalls for your customers as well as your vehicles?Elizabeth B.

The truck was not at the location indicated, it was across the street in a parking lot. Also the pads we had ordered with the truck were not included, which forced us to change our plans. The app did not work. The truck cab obviously had not been cleaned.Christine G.

Improve staff, communication, and friendliness. The rudest staff team I have ever met and withheld by money from me because they didn't like my attitude. Also we're not wearing masks the entire tame. This location told me to basically shove it and call 811 if I want my refund. And don't worry, also informed AHSJAYDEN F.

Innacurate pricing, and when returning the vehicle, the mileage field wouldn't allow me to enter the correct mileage, so I ended up paying way more. As well as the long wait in the building when picking up, and the poor experience with our reservations being cancelled after already being confirmed, almost completely ruining our moving dayDevin G.

1 I will not choose this location again. 2 I used UHAUL so many times in Kensington location. Very easy to pick up and drop key very comfortable. 3 when I pick the vehicle I didn't update on self check , because my mobile data got over . 4 when i drop (11.15pm 27-Apr)the vehicle my mobile switched off, so I can't able to take photos and upload the return self check out. Then I don't know the safety KEY drop locker number also. 5 my drop time is 09.00am 28-Apr ,again I reached to that location there office is closed at 08.50am 28-Apr, then I tried again one more time same day 08.56am to open the key safety locker. But can't able to open . 6 again I reached same day 10.00am to return my key. One of the front desk staff charge additional fee one day vehicle rent 20.00$. I request to cancel the extra charge. The staff says I didn't fill up the self check return online. So I have to charge. 7 when I picked up the time is 10.30am 27 Apr not even 24 hrs also , but I paid one day rent 8 so that's the reason I am not satisfied this location. I showed up 10 minutes early to do the mobile pick up. Because I was early the information I was getting was that my equipment wasn't there and I should be getting assistance. I panicked and thought something was wrong with my reservation. I would recommend the information tells you to wait until your exact reservation time. Or else don't instruct people to go 10 minutes early.Simone G.

First time doing a full remote rent so it was a bit of a learning curve. The downtown location is convenient for me, but it took me a while to find the parking lot. The weather was awful, which made the online process difficult but I could have done it before I left home to pick up the truck. Would have appreciated an ice scraper in the vehicle for the windshield but I borrowed one from somebody in parking in the lot.Fergal D.
