Organize the trucks so that they are ready to drive in and out of the location. Lot needs to be renovated. It is too small and cramped to hold such large moving trucks. While the staff were friendly, they seemed to be highly inefficient. This led to a frustrating customer experience. Please have gas readily available to refill trucks.Justin C.

Parking at this location when I returned the truck after business hours was a bit of a challenge. I am glad that my wife was with me as a spotter to allow me to park flawlessly in a rather tight spaceMarc L.
When a vehicule is given, it should be clean, inside and outside. I rented a pick up, the windshield and the trunk were full of snow. I had to clean it myself. Not so nice.Pierre D.
The original moving van I booked did not have working brake lights. Thankfully the van was quickly exchanged, but the vehicles should be better inspected before sending them out. Customers picking up vehicles at the same time as me had similar issues with low tire air and other alarms.Marissa C.

Haven't rented a U-haul in decades, so wasn't sure how the service and this particular location would be. I'm happy to say everything exceeded my expectations. The whole check out/check in experience was terrific, and the rep at Easy Move Financial was very helpful. Would definitely recommend u-haul and Easy Move FinancialKenny T.

When we picked up the truck they warned us about engine light on the dashboard not functioning properly. They said the light comes on and off unexpectedly which unfortunately was the true. For over 1100 k journey that was scary. The crew in the office was very nice though. They assured us that if anything happens there's an extended support for us.Peter Pong L.

More clarity on pick up and drop off times, called to confirm and was told I had been put in for several dates when in fact was only for 1 day. Overheard another individual saying his U-Haul was canceled without his knowledge. Overall experience with U-haul was not good.Jarvis J.
Absolutely brutal location. No information on dropbox location which is inside of another store. I had to find it by opening the doors of these places and asking the clerks if they knew anything. My scheduled pick up location was changed from downtown Calgary to Airdrie just 15 minutes prior to pick up time. I received a text notification after missing a call from a representative while in a meeting. This was highly inconvenient and unfortunately accompanied by poor customer service.Lecia B.
Got zero instruction from people working here in how to return the keys. When I returned the truck - they were closed and had no lock box. After a lengthy chat with a super helpful online chat support person - I was instructed to leave the key in the truck with the passenger door unlocked. The app was a disaster. Wasted 15 minutes trying to check in and had to go to he office in the end. On drop-off the app kept Tryon to charge me for fuel and crashing. Once again, had I go to the office again. Totally nullified the reason to use it in the first place.Peter M.

Worst location ever! Gave a me truck that was dirty and almost falling apart. I was supposed to pick up at another location originally and they didn't have one available. Sent me to 3 other locations. I was supposed to get a $50 credit and be charged for 10' truck, I did not receive the credit and was charged for a 15' truck. Worst customer support ever.
