The mileage was incorrect and now I’m being tried for someone else mistake. I would rent from this location almost no-weekly and from u-Haul and not anymore!

The sign could be bigger so it is easy to see. I drove past it 4 times before I saw it. (Which, incidentally, is why I had extra miles on the truck)

JACQUELINE BI would say to repaint the truck. There were lots of missing paint sections and some serious scratches on the driver's side of the box. The headlights dial also wouldn't budge. Just some sprucing up would probably make the truck more attractive. Beyond that, truck worked great and I would definitely use U-Haul again.

Chrisna SIt said it was opening at 9 o’clock so I could go back and get my cash deposit. I was there before 9 o’clock. I waited till 915 and nobody was there and they do not give cash deposits back. They gave them to you in a check within 3 to 5 days, so no I would not recommend this location to other customers.

Malik JThe 24/7 pickup procedures were glitchy and frustrating. It took a maddening 60 minutes just to pick up the truck. This was while attempting to work with the staff on duty, Chat with the website representative (who never answered and remain on hold for 15 minutes before someone answered the 800- number. But that was just the tip of the iceberg.
