MARK CAfter doing the online pick up, the drop off felt a little easier cause I knew what I was doing. The parking lot isn’t very big and no marked spots. A sign that says to park here to drop off a uhaul would be nice. But it went ok I tried to put n/a for if the personnel were helpful because I didn’t interact with anyone….
