Dien TThe truck I was going to rent Friday at noon had been in their yard since Tuesday.the truck was scheduled to be picked up at noon . At 12:15 the manager and assistant manager drive into the facility. We start going through the paperwork for charges , truck and 3 dozen moving blankets . The blankets were not the facility and had not been checked in . I ended up driving to the u haul store on billy hext road . He supplied me with the blankets I needed for the move . Got the truck to my house and moving crew started loading. I ended up cleaning the windows and windshield to feel comfortable driving the truck in the guest. You need to have more employees involved in the process of readying the equipment for rental. If I hadn’t been in such a rush to pick up the truck I would’ve looked elsewhere,

Vinh NI noticed after i left that the paperwork stated that i picked it up with a full tank of gasoline and should return it with a full tank of gas. It in fact only had 3/4 of a tank of gas . I returned it FULL
