When I picked the truck up it was on empty and the worker told me I would need to get gas immediately because it was so low. She also told me that I was to return it with the same fuel level. Then I got charged extra because it wasn’t at 1/4 tank when I turned it in. I have pictures if the before and after fuel/ mileage showing it had more gas when dropped off than it did when I picked it up. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Lynda MUpon arriving to the place, it was just a large open field with a few trailers. It took a minute to figure out what I should do, so I called the number that was posted at the gate. A gentleman answered and said he saw me from a distance and then told me to just drop it off and he’ll check me in later. I took another picture just encase. The following day I received a 21.50 charge from uhaul. I called the gentlemen back and he said because he checked me in, the system charged me the money.
