The owner installed a camera and refused to come out and do business in person. Called me and walked me through everything on the phone. Had to move equipment for him and then he over charged me for a bunch of insurance that I didn’t request.

Shane UPoor Instructions/customer service (customers HAVING TO PARK the car transport without jackknifing it bc you have to back it in and disconnect it from the U-Haul and where to park the U-Haul trucks-bc it’s two separate locations) are very confusing. There’s no signage anywhere!!! The manager said he reads the gas needle marker vs the amount of fuel mileage on the odometer. Had to pay for additional gas, while he ran the AC, parked the car transport/disconnected it, and sat there in the AC (on his phone to complete the check-out process) WHILE THE U-HAUL WAS RUNNING for ten plus minutes (or more) making the gas level lower!!!!!
