The atmosphere was awesome. The truck itself not so good. Brakes were basically out, the blinkers did not work, and the wheel tilts to the right to drive (needs an alignment). I expressed the issues to the representative and she was completely apologetic. I would definitely recommend the location.Xavier W.

I have used this location a few times because it is the closest one to me & the staff is friendly. I normally make my requests online. The last few times I have requested dollies only to find out the day I pick up that they don't have them. This makes moving a lot more difficult & takes longer without it. They really need to have the equipment in stock that they offer especially when the customer is specifically requesting it.Carol J.
having no internet in your building but then excepting customers to do the entire sign in process online is a little bit backwards. The girl working the desk was entirely unhelpful in that she just sent me a link and then as I waited and waited and waited for an internet connection she did nothing. Finally, I asked what the deal was and she looked up from her phone and said "oh its a metal building there's no internet". So I went outside, to get service. What is the purpose of having at the desk if they aren't actually doing anythingJessica M.
I reserved an appliance dolly and was told by customer service two days earlier we that the appliance dolly would be available at this location. It was not, which was critical since I was moving appliances. Additionally. One of the tires on the trailer had almost no treadâ€¦it was completely bald. Number one when I got the vehicle there was debris left in it. However that didn't seem to bother me as I was going to come in away. The truck was in need of repair. A truck was really really loud and ticking for some reason. There were times when it seems as if the truck was going to leave road. It was so loud you could not have a conversation in the car. I explained this to the clerk when I returned but he didn't seem to really care any my concern. I pray that you all did not rent that truck to anyone else as it is In need a pairSHERYL S.
Our order was cancelled due to a tech issue. However Shannon at the 800 call center did an amazing job figuring a work around. And she gave us excellent customer service However when we picked up the truk, they didnt have the equipment we needed. and the pads were in a pile in the middle of the floor and she said you can have those, there are six, but they have been sitting there drying out. Well they didn't have any mail help to help put the trailer onto the truck the staff was pretty friendly and we were able to work out details to finalize the contract. However there was an error has the destinations site for drop off was set for Halloween for some reason when I know I clearly told her I was going to Houston. That presented a problem when I went to drop off the trailer and the records had to be forwarded over to the Houston locationDuane L.

I made the reservation at another location and when I arrived I was told I that it had been changed to another location 30 min away. I purchased the insurance. After the drop return of the pull behind trailer that I swept out, I was charged a $25 +tax cleaning fee. This is a scam!james C.

Worst truck I ever rented. Truck needed to be serviced. The transmission was sticking between gears and the oil pressure light came on a few times. I was worried the truck wouldn't make it up a simple hill in my neighborhood.William B.
