First dolly had a tail light not functioning and i had to get a different one.When i returned the dolly the receptionist was unfriendly and showed no interest in talking to me about my return.

Alan LI reserved a 15' truck for 10:00 am pickup. Arrived at 9:57 am. "I have a reservation for a 15' truck at 10:00", I said. The response was, "It's not 10:00"....followed by "You're truck isn't here". Only got worse from that point. Advice: Get a PENSKE!!
