We reserved a 20 ft truck for 9am pickup but was told when we arrived that the truck would not be back to the lot until 10am and because we were on a time frame, we had to take the next available on the lot which was a 26ft. I think since our unit was not available when it said it would be, we should have been offered the other truck for the same price but we did have to pay regular price for the 26. In the future, You should not be able to reserve a truck for a time that it is not even available for pickup.

BRANDON FWhen I rented it, I said I would drive 60 miles and they charged me $102 all-inclusive. But in reality, I only drove 20 miles. I returned the truck the same day at 4:30 pm, clean and with more fuel than they gave me, and for 40 fewer miles, they only refunded me $9.
