How U-Haul Reviews WorkTammy was very nice and helpful. No issues, very professional.
Carla CI always tell my sons: "Don't do something featured in a Seinfeld episode!". But, unfortunately, my experience with U-Haul in La Vergne specifically and U-Haul corporate more generally was exactly like this scene from Seinfeld: "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F2D_2l46LQE". They had my reservation for a truck with some blankets and a utility dolly. They just didn't know how to keep the reservation so when I showed up there was no utility dolly to be had. This meant I had to spend an hour in rush hour traffic because I was rather arrogantly told that this wasn't their problem (...), and that it was MY job to call other U-Haul locations and find a utility dolly.
Torben JFirst dolly had a tail light not functioning and i had to get a different one. When i returned the dolly the receptionist was unfriendly and showed no interest in talking to me about my return.
Keith GUhaul Corporate rental rate too expensive.
