I would like to speak to a manager effective immediately for a refund for my severely poor service. I am not paying for a truck that breaks 5 minutes down the road while I get stranded on the interstate for hours.

No internet service in facility, but attendant requires everything be done electronically via phone. Rental order had been placed at least two weeks in advance and requested 1 dozen packing blankets. Attendant indicated no packing blankets on hand, hasn't had them for months, and wasn't concerned or offering other avenues to get the materials previously ordered for the rental. Generally poor customer service on part of the attendant and no excuse for not having packing blankets on hand, these could have been brought in at any point in the time between the rental order being placed and my actual pickup time.
