great folks and smooth drop off process.
MICHAEL DThe employee was so rude I was told her name is Pam. She is white with long grey and sandy brown hair. She was the most rudely unprofessional person I ever had to do business with. I was not treated fairly and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone else because of this situation.

Samantha DNothing! I was happily impressed with the people working there. They were extremely kind to an 84-year-old geek like me. They were the most helpful people I have dealt with in a long time. It was a super experience and very reasonable. I will gladly use them again.

ERNEST CDid not receive hard copy of contract. Since my phone does not have a data plan (i.e. no internet access) text message links for rental agreement sign-offs was made more difficult. Had to tether my phone to U-hauls wireless service at local U-haul dealer to complete equipment pickup process. Not everyone has a cell phone with data plan. In the event of an accident, I would not have any contract paperwork to validate my rental agreement.
BRYAN KI didn't interact with the staff directly at drop off because of being able to go through the drop off steps on the U haul app, but the process was simple, quick, and convenient.
JEANIE RI ordered a dolly , When I picked up the truck they did not have one available. I did not know until the day I showed up.And that really put me in a bad spot. The girl behind the counter Had the personality of cardboard and did not care. Now I understand only to rent from uhaul Facilities. I went to this place because it was closest to me. If you just need a truck you're good to go. If you need more supplies , I do not recommend it here.
HEATHER T1st my location was changed 2 days prior to my move. It was farther away so I had to pay extra mileage. The lady I spoke with regarding this acted as if I was bothering her. I has to walk over 2 miles home. I have only rented from UHail but this trip was not good. Also I still can't see my receipt as there is something wrong with your system.

DYLAN MUnfortunately this was a very bad experience. Luckily my round trip was only about 85 miles but this uhaul was not clean and the inside and the storage area in the back had debris everywhere and the windows were very dirty. I understand the floor being somewhat dirty because it was raining and the store was on a gravel lot, so it's quite impossible to have clean floors. However, the main issue was that the entire trip this uhaul truck was overheating. I had to pull over several (4-5 times) for the engine to cool off and the only way I could get to and from my destination was having the heater blasting on MAX the entire time to "exhaust" the additional heat from the engine being so hot. I tried calling the store but they'd already closed for the day. Will not be renting from this location again because I don't believe the uhauls are maintained properly.

ROBIN RThis has nothing to do with U-haul. It's the Ford Truck. Great vehicles but the accelerator pedal position is at an awkward angle. Could not wait to let off the gas so I let my calf muscle rest.
STEVEN DChecking out using the mobile app was also difficult. Had to call in when my mobile app closed suddenly on the last step of the return procedures. I only had only bar, so maybe that was the issue. Anyway, after calling it was confirmed everything got submitted and checkout was complete... Truck drove perfectly and had the appropriate power to get us from McKinney TX to La Vergne TN in a respectful amount of time.

ROBERT KThe lady they have working the front desk is incredibly slow and seems to be rather scatterbrained. It took her a very long time to perform pretty much all the tasks, and I had to stand in line for about 20 mins, which was an inconvenience because I was on a time schedule. Once she finally waited on me, I was left to connect my own trailer. I hooked the trailer up and was checking the tail lights and turn signals when I noticed someone on their staff was standing behind me making sure the lights worked (I presume for liability reasons), although he was too lazy to offer to hook up the trailer or help. My rental trailer was in good shape, clean, and just what I expected. I'll never rent from that location again, though, and I'll tell all my friends and family to stay away as well.

RODERICK GMirror was broken on truck and it wasn't noted. Had to get person from inside shop to look at it and note it before driving it off the lot. Difficult to drive with right mirror broken.
KAREN WI didn't see anybody. I used the phone app to return the trailer.
Nelson LNeed to have a way to raise 6x12 box trailers off of the ground. Too heavy for one person plus backing under it. Had to leave and go back with help. Employees no help.
