The equipment was in good shape and clean. The two ladies that were working were so helpful and friendly especially after we had had a stressful trip. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs uhaul equipment.

When I dropped it off, I said it wasn't clean enough for another family so it could be cleaned, and was consequently charged a cleaning fee for a mess that was not mine. This problem should be addressed.
Adam W.This truck was a nightmare to drive. There was a leak in the driver door and made it very loud in the cab when driving. The truck was very difficult to drive. It pulled constantly to the right and was all over the road. I think the alignment was was off. I got terrible gas mileage which probably had to do with the alignment. Very bad experience to put up with this for 2100 miles.
Richard J.Picked up truck with 2 miles til empty. Still was charged for fuel, and an extra day even though truck was returned. Additionally, i have been trying to get my money refunded for 3 days now spending 2 hours a day or more on hold to be told i need to contact the store, who them then tells me i need to contact corperate. Never using uhaul again. I would say terrible customer service but there was none to speak of...just passing me to the next person that does nothing for me.
Trevor E.The truck was not clean when we rented it. The lady at the front is also racist. She told my husband she has no trucks available (large black man) but me a smaller white women she has a truck available, but then she told me the guys before me that used it did not clean it and she charged them a cleaning fee, and now she is trying to charge me one. This is after she had a full on argument with me about where I just HAD to return her truck to. She is the most disrespectful “business women†if you would like to call her that, I have ever worked with. Not to mention she is running a fortune teller place out of a uhaul building; but wearing an I believe in god shirt. All Contradicting if you ask me.

JAMES T.Quit making everything involving check in using your phone !!!!!!! Why do you have to take a picture of your drivers license? Scan it at pick up to make it easier!! Tried for 15 minutes to find out how to give permission to your website to submit pics and still couldn't figure it out, not everyone is technically savvy.

The alignment was terrible, shocks were dead, and weather seals in doors literally fell off. There was standing water inside the doors. The Uhaul site itself had seen far better days as well. I feel sorry for the desk attendant having to work there.

PHILLIP N.Upon arriving it was not immediately clear where the office was. After finally finding the office door and opening it, I was hit with a strong cigarette smell I could barely breathe. So disgusting! The small 10x10 room was a concrete floor, no chairs or heat. No public restroom. The lady left the office to go out back and didn't return for 15 minutes. Not sure what she was doing as she didn't communicate. I spent 45 minutes just simply trying to pickup a trailer that I had already paid for online. Will not go back there!
NICHOLE L.Didn't have the blankets or dollies I ordered. Truck only had 3/4 of a tank, not a full tank. The truck was completely iced over. The steps on the back were extremely dangerous. And it took me 30 minutes in the parking lot to get the windshield unfrozen. I understand I'm renting a piece of equipment, but some type of customer service should be involved.

When we backed in to a spot and was ready to unhook, the lady at the desk watching a TV screen said have whoever to park the trailer at another spot. That spot was a small area that made no sense and was full of mud. Here we were getting in and out of a mud hole to park the trailer where they want it. I will NOT drop off there again!

Amanda R.My review is based on a night time pick up experience. This location is not safe for a night time pick up! There is absolutely no lighting at this location...Zero. It was treacherous walking thru the gravel parking lot, that had lots of puddles and potholes to the van and to the building to the lock box for the key...a liability nightmare. The floors of the van were dirty, no doubt due to the dirt and mud from customers/employees having to walk thru the lot.

Jeremy V.The first trailer I was assigned had damage to the door that was not noticeable. When trying to open the door it was very difficult to lift the latch. When it finally was free the door flew back and it my chin causing my phone to fly out of my hand, which caused a crack on the screen. My chin was bruised but no serious injury. On suggestion of the gentleman assisting the hook up I was issued another trailer. This trailer seemed find as it was clear weather at the time. However, when we had the trailer loaded and preceded to the new location the weather changed. Raining hard we hurried to get things unloaded for a return trip. It was upon opening the door we had water pour out. Some of my stuff was wet. After unloading we decided we needed to wait until the rain stopped to continue. This happens twice causing a good deal of lost time. Upon returning the trailer I told the representative what had happened. She say I could turn the trailer in later so that we could finish my move. I told her this trailer needs some attention, however if the weather had been better, we would not have noticed it. She told me to report it and I tried to call but with a long wait to get through, I could not wait. I needed to finish the move while the weather was better and I had help. I do not feel I should have to pay for the approved delayed drop off. I am a return customer and like U-Haul, but this was not a good experience.
