Trailer was fine - no complaints the employee seemed underqualified for this position The dolly I rented had a strap that was so frayed at the end that it was useless for what I needed. I told to this to the drop off employee who said "sorry" but nothing else

I dropped the trailer off after hours so there was no personnel to help. The U-Haul app had excellent instructions for checking in and dropping off the trailer.
