I thought this was a super sketchy place to be picking up a uhaul from. The truck was absolutely disgusting in the front with old Taco Bell wrappers left in the door. The truck cup holders were wet and dirty. I didn't get any of the additional dollies I asked for either. And when I asked for the refund on them they said I'd have to contact an actual U-Haul employee which I also thought was sketchy (I will be calling for a refund).

For starters the clerk behind the counter did not know what he was doing,then when I got back I was over charged,$15.00 +tax ,insurance was added to my rental without my knowledge, I would not have agreed to that being I was only going 8 miles one way,also the rental had 49 on the last 2 digits,not 43,I got back at 63,so they got me for an extra 4 miles @ $1.39,but my fault I didn’t take a picture,but the insurance no way,never would’ve agreed to that.
ANTHONY JFirst person at location checking me in did not know what he was doing said he was new. Second I selected no coverage when booking online but it was on my receipt and third paid for a dolly then was told they don't have any and was charged for it.
COREY MCashier was clueless. Handed me keys and said nothing. I parked the truck where I picked it up from then made me back it in. Truck was dirty from previous rentals. Items left in cup holders. Seatbelt was disgustingly caked in dirt from years of use. Repulsive.
BRANDON RI reserved a 10 foot Uhaul truck and added a dolly to it. I went to pick up the truck from this location and was told by the owner that they don't have any dolly's. Then I get into the truck and we drove off and I noticed it was empty with no fuel. So I stopped to put $20.00 in gas in it. I have my receipt to prove this as well. On top, when I dropped off the truck, they charged me again another $9.86. Where's my refund for the gas I put in because the truck was given to me empty and why was I charged another $9.86. I've tried calling the Eco store with no response and I left a voicemail too. I've used Uhaul plenty of times in the past and never encountered such issues like this. Can someone call me to resolve this please? 716-533-7358.

Wendy JMy truck was returned late because they only have one employee at a time and he was on break and I was charged for something I didn’t want and specifically selected no for so payment is wrong, I’ll contact customer service aboit that because I’m sure that’s not the stores fault. But I’ve used this location a few times and never have a problem
VINCENT DIt was just a mini mart gas station. Unless all you needed to do was drop off the truck and key with zero questions or issues you we’re not in luck
CHARLES HMy reservation was cancelled even though I called eco mart to let them know I was going to be late. The store clerk was new and did not know how to process it back into the system once it was cancelled.

Steven GThe truck was very dirty upon pickup. Doritos on the floor, dirty everywhere. I had to take pictures of the inside upon pickup because it was so bad. When we returned the U-Haul, we made sure the gas was filled up to where it was when we had picked it up. Upon return, the man that helped us lied and said we returned the truck at almost empty. He charged us an extra $60. We went back to discuss this with him and he showed us a picture of another truck with low fuel (we could tell by the dashboard) and showed him our picture of how we left the fuel. He told us we needed to take it up with U-Haul corporate. By the time we called U-Haul corporate he had reversed the charge because he didn’t want to get caught trying to scam us. This was fraudulent behavior and you can tell by his google reviews this isn’t the first time it’s happened. Please look into this location.

Eugene HU-Haul app does not let you upload the pictures effectively when returning rental. The app also let me book a truck size which was not available at the selected location, so we had to use a smaller size rental, which resulted in more trips needed to move our belongings to our new house.

I have proof on my phone and the receipt given to me at the time of rental return. The truck was filthy and stunk inside very badly. not to mention it did not run right. Adam STruck was parked nose-in, in a busy gas station. Wasn’t brushed off from a heavy snowfall, when I started it up to leave, it had no gas! “13 miles to empty” to be exact. Got to my house to start moving only for the ramp to be frozen in place and the main door to be frozen shut, had to pour hot water on it to open. Poor customer service, cared more about cashing out their overpriced candy and sodas than addressing me as a renter. Negative score if it’d go that low!!!

Jennifer CThe urgency for the availability at Komar was right on. Definitely a lifesaver for the moment. Which is why the dog haired that was in the cabin for the driver was horrible. The smell of the dog was horrible but it did allow me to complete what I needed to do I definitely would recommend U-haul and their location but they need to make sure that whoever is using it need to keep them clean.

EUGENE BI should have gone to a U-Haul center but the booking service on U-Haul's website recommended the closest, and I'm new in my area so I went with it. I could not do self check-in despite booking it that way and finding out at the start of my reservation that I couldn't. The attendant originally did not have her portal log-in and asked me to check myself in. I booked furniture pads and a dolly; this location had neither. The floor of the truck was covered in a sticky sap-like material. You live and you learn! I went to the Main Street U-Haul center for the missing furniture pads and dolly. That was more pleasant.

It smelled like cigarettes and stale bread and had a sticky substance all over the dash board, steering wheel, floor and seats. I wasn’t expecting a pristine inside but I wasn’t expecting that either.

The seats were dirty. There were gloves and chip bags in the front. It just was really dirty in there. We had to wipe everything down. The back of the truck was never swept out. It looked like it never ever was. I swept it but still had to lay a sheet down. And there was a phone charger, phone case, toys and wrappers. I have to rent a uhaul again for a move and I will be going to a regular uhaul location- not this convenience store one.

Pick up was 2:00 and never got out of parking lot till almost 4:00 It was a convenient store and when a customer came in to buy lottery cards the man helping us check out would have to stop and wait on customers. Then when I scanned my drivers license he had to do it 3 times because of the internet and not knowing what to do. It was very frustrating !!!! He had to call his boss for help 3 times ! Then he said we had to pay an additionsl $34.44 in order to get the keys, but yet he could not tell us what that charge was for....??? I had already paid $226.00 $5.00 environmental fee and taxes of $36.04 and insurance fee of $28.00 for a total of $295.04 I will be calling Uhaul to fiqure out why I had to pay that. I was not told I would have anybadditional fee !!!
DEBORAH AI had to clean the truck off myself in the freezing cold. The uhaul was stuck in the snow so I couldn’t leave until 30 mins later. Worst experience ever! I will never get a uhaul from this location again

Robert SMobile check-out was not working; what was supposed to make things quicker trapped me there for quite a while before I finally went inside to take care of check-out. Uhaul location fine, but shared with a gas station and a small parking lot (nowhere to leave your own car except on the street)

Also, I requested no Safe Move online, but when I got to the rental place they charged me Safe Move and said it wasn't an option. It would be helpful to not have the choice online for Safe Move.
