Honestly everything was great. Counter service is excellent. If I had to be picky I would suggest maybe an air freshener.

The Uhaul truck upon opening nothing was clean and organized! The guy stated that I didn’t have to fill the tank back up comes to find out that I did, the gas at the facility was 4.39 a gallon where I could of got it for 3.89 a gallon! The tank went past full tank and it costed me $32 in gas with only traveling 18 miles in the truck!! The customer service was HORRIBLE!!! Big language barrier and pour language barrier with the customer service for picking up and dropping off the truck was very bad!!! I rented here for convience and nothing was convent about the location due to the bad experience and people running the location !! Thankfully it took me 10 years to move and use Uhaul but I’ll never use Uhaul again the truck didn’t even have a ramp!!!
Adam MPaid for a dolly but the dolly wasnt in the back. Didn't notice until after I got to my destination.

Chelsey WStaff didn’t know where the gas gauge was at and when we over filled the gas refused to offer any sort of refund or discount towards overall price. Staff was simply rude and uninformed about anything going on.
