The cashier was very difficult to hear. She had a very light tone and was very confused. I was a little frustrated because I pre-checked in and pre-paid and this seemed to be news to her. I also had selected a location to drop it off and she kept telling me I had to select a drop off location. The biggest thing I was frustrated about was that I ordered a dolly and furniture mover. I assumed these would be in the truck ready for me. They were not and I did not realize it until I got back home to load things into the truck. I then had to go back and again the girl was clueless and didn't even know what I was referring to.

I was told there would be a pick-up truck that I requested. It was not there. I was pressed for time and had to use a different vehicle. Not good service!.

I was charged more money because this was my drop off location, when in fact, I passed 2 yes TWO U haul locations to get to the Kenmore Ave..thus being charged more money. The gentleman at this location was more than helpful. The store was clean. The location for me was horrible, because as I said, I passed 2 U haul locations where I could have dropped off the truck, and not get charged for the extra miles.

Truck was brand new, excellent moving experience. I drove over 400 miles without any problems.

Pickup was a disaster. Hold amount was quoted to be double original quote price. Worker was able to fix this. Then I was charged twice for my reservation. The first attempt went through and the second was declined. Worker at Eco-Mart tried to tell me payment never went through and I would have to use another card for payment. After checking my account balance I explained my card had already been debited. I had to call Uhaul myself to confirm I had been charged. Worker had a condescending attitude and argued with me about how the hold shows up on my account EVEN AFTER showing him my transaction history on my phone. Only after I called Uhaul themselves was he apologetic once he realized I was right about the duplicate charge. Whole process took close to 50 mins, with all the confusion. Other reviews are correct in that the process is interrupted anytime a customer comes in to fill gas, etc. Back of Uhaul van was dirty with debris and needed to be swept/cleaned. Dropoff was a breeze and I guess hard for anyone to mess up. I only used this location because it was literally two blocks from my moving location. Save yourself the trouble and listen to the reviews as I should have done and save yourself a headache. The process is a lot more seamless and hassle free at an actual Uhaul location and all workers are knowledgeable because rentals is all they deal with.

This Uhaul site was not a dedicated Uhaul branch. The single cashier was nice, but distracted by her duties running the convenience store / gas station alone. More personnel needed to help. Better communication, casheir / agent almost none verbal no details given at all. Keys just simply slid across counter with receipt .

They were a little late opening, about 10 minutes but that is understandable. However, THE UHAUL WEBSITE is botched and would not let me put in my login info to "start my pickup", only my password. Needs the bugs worked out desperately!

The poor clerk was the only one at the store, trying to ring up gas and merchandise sales and trying to get me logged in. She was clearly untrained, and did not even ask me about insurance. Very nice location, very nice clerk, but the understaffing meant I had to wait much longer than I would have otherwise.

It wasnt made clear that you needed to bring proof of insurance or be forced to buy the $10 coverage. I would have done things differently.

the renter before us had their dog on the passenger side, the fur was all over the seat and down into the door well. It's just kind of inconsiderate for a renter to leave the vehicle that way. luckily for us we weren't gong very far with the van because my driver has pretty strong pet dander allergies. it's bothersome to have to mention this because the staff at ecomart is awesome and the van handled great, but the fur situation was not good at all. My driver literally had to step out and stand in the open air at each stopping point of the move.

The people whom I rented from were very friendly and helpful. The cargo van was easy to drive and was actually quite fun on the road. I would rent again from this location and I would also recommend this place to others.
