The addressees show on my paper is not exist by google map and I drove to a dead end and it was very hard to back this big truck. And I called the number and they answered not U-Haul service location.?I have to call others office and a girl help me figuring out. 7255 126 Ave Edmonton 780432 2074

It was just a drop box for the keys. No one to talk to. Parked the truck on the side of the road.

Extremely confusing - key ended up being locked in the cargo bay of the truck - spent 45 minutes trying to pick the unit up, multiple phone calls to the truck share line, and even the person I spoke to on the phone wasn't aware of where the key was located until 5 minutes into the call. After this being my first experience with the 24/7 truck share - I pray it will be my last.

The website did not indicate that there is no counter services at this location. It is a drop box app location only. Spend 45 mins on site getting everything sorted with a call agent in order to access our rental. Was frustrating and would have been goo to know this before arrival.

I ordered a dolly for $10 but on the truck for pick up with share 24/7 there is none. I have contacted agent to help but they said there nothing to do out of conplaint at the end. They told to complait to make a refund for the missing item

There is no in person help.. the truck sits on a street and the owner or operator of the business know nothing about the trucks, locks, customer service.

Original confirmation and guaranteed pick-up did not occur. Original shop was closed. Had to make a different reservation for a different truck, no moving blankets that I had paid for and was 25 mins further away than I originally booked.

Every thing is good . I filled gas in truck but they charge me 3 times

Moving involves a a lot of work. Heavy lifting and it a hard working. Most people can not manage. Supply is dolly, moving blankets and pushing carts. Why? I had in on my first order but your alternative truck don’t have one.

Fix the tires on the truck with better traction. Also the gas cap sensor can be adjusted bc the gas cap will not keep closed properly
