Truck was good and clean the only problem in location or service provider location is not helpful at all and the service was not good. They did not even know anything about U-Haul they are just telling there customer to call U-Haul customer service do it yourself and if the truck is parked outside then good otherwise we don't know about U-Haul. I don't know why U-Haul choose Eco Tire there service provider. And at the time of Drop off they was closed and there drop of box is inside there premises and the main fenced gate was closed so I called customer service again which take a half an house to hold to to discuss where I can drop of the keys safely. It took me 2 hours to book U-Haul and get the keys and then took 1 hour to figure out where to drop of keys my all days was gone figuring out things for u-haul. Over not a good experience with service provider.

Have the U-Haul in the location I reserved it for, don’t call 2 days before move, and say it’s not available, and forget about the dolly. Pretty much everything was fked up
Scott WWow. Where do I start. Manager of eco tire shop was livid. Stated has not had a contract for years. Refused any assistance except a phone number. Immigrant “staff” spoke no English and wouldn’t even look up to speak let alone offer assistance. Additionally, booked me to wrong location requiring a 29 km walk to actual home destination. Charged for 2 days at incorrect drop location in a town I had no need to go to. Phone customer service woman was rude and unhelpful. Requested & charged for 6 blankets & NO need of a dolly. Was sent the dolly & NO packing blankets. Stop hiring low skill forced immigrants. It serves no one but the immigrants. Absolutely unbelievably poor experience. Fix this. It’s all so unacceptable. .
