I ordered a dolly for $10 but on the truck for pick up with share 24/7 there is none. I have contacted agent to help but they said there nothing to do out of conplaint at the end. They told to complait to make a refund for the missing item
Tuan Anh D.There is no in person help.. the truck sits on a street and the owner or operator of the business know nothing about the trucks, locks, customer service.
Tanner C.Original confirmation and guaranteed pick-up did not occur. Original shop was closed. Had to make a different reservation for a different truck, no moving blankets that I had paid for and was 25 mins further away than I originally booked.
