My initial reservation location was Mr. Muffler on Crain Hwy in Waldorf MD. They did not have my truck ready because they failed to leave a key for 24/7 pickup. However, a Uhaul rep was able to change my location to the Leonardtown Rd location in Waldorf. They had earlier hours and service was exceptional.Samuel C.
Issue with billing. Was told by rep at store that we wouldn't be charged for an additional day if we returned Sunday evening. Dropped the truck off at 630 Or so however my credit card was charged for an extra dayTerry F.

Clean vehicle, make sure dashboard alerts are off, have knowledge about how to adjust steering wheel and seat to accommodate the customer. The guy was very friendly but didnt know anything about the truck.Devon H.

It rained and there was leaking inside from the roof of the truck.Doris O.
Better customer service. I asked and reserved an 5x8 open trailer then the rep gave me an enclosed trailer. Then he said he was giving me a trailer that looked like a 4x7, after I questioned the size he said he had another one to give me that had a ramp. He also tried to charge me $25 a day for the rental until I said the price online said $18.95 a day. At that time he said let me check and then said oh you're right. I rented the trailer on tuesday and was told I could return it on Wednesday and when they opened on Wednesday morning the trailer would be checked in and my deposit would be refunded immediately. Needles to say that evening I called to check the status and found out they are closed on Wednesday which I was not told. I had to call back Thursday evening to inquire about my deposit and the guy said oh let me go check it in. I got a receipt by email but still have not received my deposit yet. Very upsetting!!! Make your online check-in functional! The place that got 5 stars deserved it but this was the second place we went. We submitted and resubmitted information to uhaul's online check in people and they didn't accomplish anything. We sat there for an entire hour before just giving up and going down the street where we had to get a bigger truck because that's what they had. Those people did their job perfectly but uhaul's reservation and online check-in system is completely worthless. We made a reservation to save time and get the truck we wanted. Instead we wasted an hour and had to go elsewhere. Uhaul's reservation and online check-in deserves zero stars.James H.

The showroom is an obvious after thought with no organization whatsoever, very little inventory and it was filthy. As in Mexican gas station right out of a Quentin Tarantino movie dirty. The clerk was nice enough and efficient but I was concerned that he didn't car that my truck connection was incompatible with the trailer wiring leaving me without working taillights. I would think they would want to sell the 5 pin adapters there so their customers wouldn't get rear ended.James R.

The online check in service was horrible. It took me 40 minutes of me sitting in my car and eventually having to call uhaul to finally get the keys. At one point I was asked for documents that I have never needed to rent anything, and I've rented from uhaul in the past, like my passport. I ended up providing my husbands contact but then they called him to verify the number before I could get my keys. I rented a uhual a few weeks ago and all I needed was my ID and a form of payment. Then once I got in the vehicle there was an entire hot dog/sausage in a wrapper. There were crumbs on the seat. I requested a dolly and that was not in the truck. I am very unhappy.Jaimee H.
