First off my reservation was changed the day before my p/u and then I was lied to about it.. I was expected to know how to hook up a dolly to the rental truck smfh which I was towing my car to a shop I was terrified the whole way praying nothing happened then I lost my credit card somewhere I think at p/u in the yard which I couldn’t find until I was at the gas station to refill it but it was closed by the time I arrived there so I was going to call in at 7a but at 530a I was charged another 172 dollars on top of the 128 I had already paid this is so wrong but hard lesson learned I will never patronize that location again oh and I was also told I had to put the dolly back in a corner of the yard between other tow equipment that was almost impossible just ef’n wrong

The truck was old and it showed. The seats were worn
Monica BThey gave me the wrong Van. Even after explaining during the reservation proces which van I did not want to reserve and why, I was given the wrong van. After arriving, the issue was resolved with after hours customer service. Once I got the the right van, I opened it up and it was beyond dirty. Batman look like it has not been swept wiped down in years. There's a green notice on the dashboard stating that they would charge you an extra $25 if you return the van dirty. Well I should be given $25 because of the state that the van was in. I took pictures of it because I was not wanting to be blame for the state that the van was in. That location needs to take better care of the inside of their equipment to show that they care about their equipment, they care about their customers, and they want to have a loan lasting business.

John EVery accommodating. We didn't need the truck for the full 10 hours , instead we only uses it for 6.45. And returned it as received.
