The location it self was not great .. good people .. however a run down place with a parking lot full of junk cars
Wesley TI selected to deal with a person at the counter over doing it all on my phone and was handed the key by someone at the counter and sent through their muddy junkyard to find my truck by myself. Then had to do the whole process on my phone. The inside of the truck was disgusting. Drink spills running down the side of the center console and food crumbs and dirt everywhere. The outside had not been cleaned either. It was the worst UHaul experience I have ever had.

Anna MWhen I tried to do the online return I had to do it over 8 times. My phone lost service in the area and I have a picture of the miles I was rated for. The return time said 6pm snd the area was already closed. The fuel start that I got was in the middle of 3/4 and half, but I had to fill the tank to 3/4 for only driving 21.9 miles. There was damage in the top front driver side that was also visible on the inside of the truck. I should be able to fill up for the amount I used and not over the amount. And I hope to be reimbursed for the 28.1 miles I did not drive. A maintenance guy in the location told me if the app isn’t working well I should just leave the key and I should be fine, so that is what I did at the Dropbox.
Christopher CThis experience was a disaster from the start. I could not get the app or the website to work which made me late for pickup. when i called for help the woman was rude and told me its because you are late. i explained to het that i would not have been late had the app worked. we had to go in my phone and delete my search history and all kinds of other things to get this to work. She was able to help me the process started for the pickup we said our goodbyes. the app tells me the key to the truck is attached to the back of the truck after checking the truck assigned to me and several others the key was not there, so because i am familiar with this location i went to the front of the lot and checked the building.... woohooo!!! there were the lockboxes so i attempted the the combination code given by the app i could not get the lock off checked all the others just to make sure maybe the lock mixed up none of them worked.. i actually found three men working in the garage and they all helped me try to get the lock off but we all failed so i called back again and had another long wait time but the gentleman that helped me was wonderful, and was able to help me and i was able to get the lock open. this lock was extremely hard to get off. this whole ordeal took 3 plus hours making me late for everything,, the location needs to be updated by uhaul that the keys are not on the back of these trucks and to also not blame the customer when your app and website are not working properly. This was a horrible experience from uhaul not the location, the location was clean and the trucks are easy to find but the customer service and uhaul experience needs work.

Jason WDrop off on a Saturday was tough. I called on Friday to make sure it would be okay to drop off after hours. They said that it was fine, but upon arrival, there were no signs or instructions that told me where to put the trailer. It ended up being back behind the building, behind a bunch of cars and things. A sign with instructions by the main door, or an email in advance, would have been much better.
DUSTIN BI was pleased with the service today. Staff was courteous and professional. I have no complains.

LAWRENCE HOwner was rude, unaccomodating and downright mean. The place is a junkyard and trying to get the truck and trailer out of the back was a complete nightmare. They are not open on weekends and I needed to pick up the trailer on Sunday so I had to return twice on Friday (since she wouldn’t assist me during lunch) to get it. The employees who helped get the truck and trailer were nice but that’s not enough to redeem the experience. No idea why the agent sent me almost an hour away from my house to this crappy place when there were closer more convenient options that confirmed they had the equipment. I would highly recommend U-Haul remove this place a dealer.

John ROne of the ladies at front desk was completely rude with me, I arrived to drop off the truck 5 minutes before they closed and she told me, the office is already close. Customer service people have to be more courteous.
Estuardo LDesign and field a better car trailer. The one you have is dangerous! Thankfully I checked my load numerous times. You need 4 wheel straps with dual tightening straps. The center ones you have easily loosen or shift!

HRUDAY EThe location had nothing to do with the experience. We had to go to this location because our u-haul broke down and it took 5 hours for them to get a tow truck to us. It was hard to get a hold of roadside assistance AND they actually gave the tow truck company incorrect information which added another hour. We had 2 small dogs on the side of I-95. It was a terrible experience.

Miguel LSo we drove the 26 ft truck around for a minute before a rude gentleman came out and yelled to us that we had to go park way in the the back corner (a finger point in a general direction). Excuse us sir, we aren't experts....how were we supposed to know that's where you wanted us to park? And how are we to get way back in that itty bitty corner? Then he just drove away. Luckily, we encountered an older gentleman who helped us out.
Zaccheus WReview for U-Haul corporate: there was a U-Haul 1 minute away frome to drop off at. Instead I had to drive further away to drop off. Customers should not be taking on U-Hauls job to move vehicles to a location that is suitable for U-Haul, in addition to taking down information such a as miles, gas, etc.

Vasaga TThe problem I have is that I pit in a reservation for a 26’ truck over a month previously with another location. The day before my reservation that location said a 26’ truck was not available. There was a truck that was supposed to be retuned to Eddie’s Repair shop and they offered me a 15’ truck. I called Eddie’s about the return truck and they did not think it was going to be returned on time which it did not. Eddie’s was great said that they had a 20’ truck which the original location never mentioned. Beware U-Hauls system is terrible and make it very difficult to make a self move.

Rachel LA U-Haul Employee sent me to a location for my one way trip from King George VA to Lynchburg but the truck she sent me to was only for local . This has been confirmed 2 times . This cost me $250. In hotel, food and labor costs . After many phone calls to Seth and Bryce they refused to reimburse me for the above added expenses
Deborah LVehicle was dirty - inside & out. The cab and truck bed were filthy. Sticky liquid all over steering wheel, less than 1/4 tank of gas in truck. Moving pads were dirty.
