We selected an online pickup, it was not straight forward or user friendly, we struggled a lot to get the app to work. The person that was there for support was busy tending to customers so we didn't get much help. I rented a dolly that was supposed to be in the truck but I didn't receive it. In the end we made it but it was stressful. Next time I rather pick it up at a u-haul place where a person can assist.
