I was scammed . They used the truck after me and billed my card for over 350 dollars . I would never use this location again . Terrible experience so far and I am appealing . Who would do this to a customer and believe they would let it happen?

smooth process
larry gThe attendant was very nice but I was confused by the location and it was in a dangerous area. There is a big sign outside that says “we don’t have u hauls anymore” which was confusing and I think I was maybe the first person to ever use the service. I was also supposed to get 20% off and I don’t think I did. I also requested furniture pads which weren’t in there so I’ll need a refund on that.

Gabriel SIdk, the location is literally is a very underdeveloped neighborhood and there is no personnel -- just dropoff box for keys. It was alright I guess
