Iona SThis experience was horrible with this location! It took almost 2 hours to get picked up and an hour to return it. I had called and scheduled ahead and didn't get the truck that was reserved bc person didn't put it in the system. Time was wasted!

RHONDA JInspect trucks to make sure that they are clean. Ours had a lot of trash and broken glass in the back that we had to sweep out before we could even start loading it for ourselves

COLLEEN PRequire the location to do a proper equipment inspection before rental. No photos were taken or previous damage recorded. Cab floor was covered in leaf debris from previous renter. Also, the headliner was detached at windshield, resulting in a severe water leak during heavy rain the night before return. I had to take photos of the truck myself to prove everything was existing before I drove off at the safari of my rental time.

David FApparently, the vehicle that we were supposed to have, no one checked the tires. Having used another company for a cross country move, I drove theirs' over 2500 miles before I found the steel coming thru the drivers side tire. So I always check out tires, even on my personal vehicle, and found the Uhaul tire on the back drivers' side was slashed due to the vehicle side swiping something. The gal in the office came out and saw it and gave me another vehicle which checking it out was in great shape. The only other issue was our drop-off location was not manned by anyone and I had to go thru the office to get an Ok to leave the vehicle in Flint, MI. Pretty good gas mileage and easy to drive.

Merrilee MPlaza mini storage location did not process our return uhaul at all. We had to call main uhaul to complete the transaction and then our full 100 dollar deposit was not returned by Plaza Mini storage
Sara TWe have rented a lot of uhaul since January. By far the most clean and the people where super friendly would be the Asheboro NC location. They where so clean and organized and the most friendly. The last two times the people acted like we where bothering them and the uhaul where not clean by no means and not very informative or nice.

Robert PTruck was nasty, coffee or soda spilled all over the dash and the cup holders were nasty. The transmission in the truck acted like it wasn't going to change gears. That truck was ready for the junkyard I have never rented anything from U-Haul that looked like that and drove awful. I'll never use that location again.
Barbara STire blew on the car transport damaging my car. Rear tire on the truck had a broken steel belt and was bulging causing a rough ride and poor handling.

dakota cstop charging extra gas mileage on weekends. this is price gouging. i use uhaul on average once a week. it is not fair to charge more on the weekend than during the regular weekdays. i try to use the service during the week because of that but sometimes that is unavoidable. just a suggestion.

coleen kWhen customers have return trailers to a different location make sure the other location is going to take it and not refuse it. Leave you to try to find someone to take it a not be charged for something that's not your fault. This location I'm talking about is in Eden Nc. The location we drop off trailer was extremely friendly understanding and we appreciate them a lot their location is 620 Rauhut st Burlington nc

Amanda SVerify account information before allowing customers to rent. Phone numbers change constantly, your company allowed an unknown person to rent equipment under my name and told me this is the way you do business. UNACCEPTABLE and I want protection against FRAUD!!!!

NANCY ATruck had ash/dirt all over. It reeked of smoke and my wife and I had a head ache from ridding in the truck. I did call the local manager who gave us a discount, but this experience really impacted by likelihood of using U-Haul again.

David SI asked for a furniture dolley online-said they had it and when i picked up the trailer there wasnt one there. Also the license plate expired in March 2022 so i was pulling a trailer with expires plates.
