Eden was great. I changed from Madison, NC location because their hours were very limited. The Eden employees were very helpful and accommodating.
Jeremy BThis location was fine although, the process has my upset. I edited my order to NOT include safe drive and other add on fees “in case of damage.” When my husband picked up the truck, these fees were added back on. So, we were overcharged by $30.
Dareece CI must say, my truck rental was a Great experience from start to finish. The customer interaction was respectful and very professional. I would recommend this U-Haul location for all your moving needs. Nice looking out for the community of Eden, NC...... until next time. Bill
