I always use this location. I have move an hour away and still would rather use this location.
SHANNON WI would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ACTUALLY CHECKING THE TIRES ON ALL EQUIPMENT, TRAILERS AND HITCHES INCLUDED! Especially when you know the customer is going a long distance. My 3yo toddler and I were stuck on the side of the road for a total of 6 hours because the tires on the trailer hitch were bad and kept blowing, UNACCEPTABLE! My entire trailer had to be swapped out ultimately after 2 failed tires. I did not make it to my destination until the next day causing me to miss work.. My 3yo was scared and uncomfortable, and so was I because it was dark and RAINING! I have never had any issues with u-haul until this incident, needless to say I was very disappointed. I'm waiting on someone from the management department to give me a call about a refund because that was just ridiculous.
Talarra SI got charged extra when I arrived on time and sit for 15 mins waiting on someone to check me I think I should get the money back that was charged extra
