I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ACTUALLY CHECKING THE TIRES ON ALL EQUIPMENT, TRAILERS AND HITCHES INCLUDED! Especially when you know the customer is going a long distance. My 3yo toddler and I were stuck on the side of the road for a total of 6 hours because the tires on the trailer hitch were bad and kept blowing, UNACCEPTABLE! My entire trailer had to be swapped out ultimately after 2 failed tires. I did not make it to my destination until the next day causing me to miss work.. My 3yo was scared and uncomfortable, and so was I because it was dark and RAINING! I have never had any issues with u-haul until this incident, needless to say I was very disappointed. I'm waiting on someone from the management department to give me a call about a refund because that was just ridiculous.
Talarra SI got charged extra when I arrived on time and sit for 15 mins waiting on someone to check me I think I should get the money back that was charged extra
