App doesn’t sync with website info. My pickup person couldn’t see the info that I had added to the app for drivers and license numbers.

Streamline the mobile payment system to what was paid in person so that you're not shocking your customers or trying to get them to overpay. Overall, the people renting were great. They were very accommodating and helpful. The mobile app needs alittle fine tuning.

Thomas MEden was great. I changed from Madison, NC location because their hours were very limited. The Eden employees were very helpful and accommodating.
Jeremy BThis location was fine although, the process has my upset. I edited my order to NOT include safe drive and other add on fees “in case of damage.” When my husband picked up the truck, these fees were added back on. So, we were overcharged by $30.
