Truck was old and in very rough shape. Several areas of damage that did not have x's marked on them. Cab of truck was dirty and had sticky stuff all over the console.

I believe theres this "$50 dollars, on time, right location " brochure standing there and I know its not the person upfront problem on why the truck or equipment is not back in time due to the current uhail customer but I would of loved to get $50 dollars off for incovinience of that happening. Lady upfront seems to be hard and busy person I hope she has a great day! Thank you

Regina was beyond superb.I had a challenge and called and Thank with a capitol T answered the phone and had a solution to my situation Was so masterful and organized.Ready to run.Had everything set up when arrived and was on a time crunch.Super Regina to the rescue.Go see Regina God said things were gonna Be Great Again Praying for Regina God Bless.

My rental was half dirty front and back,one of the tires was very low with warning light on and the rest were low. The rear tires need to be replaced and other than that, okay. Van ran very well.

The lady came out to the truck. She was professional yet personable. She told me my additional cost was $133, I paid under protest because this whole nightmare was the fault of U-haul. I should get some sort of compensation! A month prior I had a good experience with a 26ft rental but this one was not good

Everyone at this location was so amazing and accommodating! The equipment was in great shape, and they even moved some around for us so we could pick up at one location for all 3 pieces of equipment! Would highly recommend!

The truck's engine ran rough, like it was old. The inside had nothing to use to brace belongings. Just wood slats down both sides. That is not helpful when furniture with glass needs to be braced and there is nothing to hook the brace to. I did appreciate the friendly sales person and the hand trucks included. If you don't mind the issues above, then I would recommend this location.

The truck had squeeking belt. The brakes seemed to me far from being driving ready. Just took a great distance to get the truck stopped. When the truck was in Haul/Tow mode it had all kinds of sounds that did not sound good. The ramp is suppose to be user friendly but it was terrible to get in and out! Please help the next unsuspecting customer by get your trucks in ready mode.

We were sent to a location 20 miles away from our requested pickup, after receiving a confirmation email. It was a 24/7location but the app didn't work. Took 3 phone calls and 45 minutes to pick up the truck and then 30 minutes of backtracking. We received several texts, call and email confirming our location in the days leading up to the rental. Similar to a "bait and switch" practice. If a customer must drive to a different state 30 minutes away, U-Haul should have had someone deliver the truck to the confirmed location.

This location / agent was good; however, i was "harassed" by corporate ("threatened" with being arrested for stealing the 15ft. Uhaul and car-dolly BEFORE the due-date of drop-off)!! - i "camped" in the Uhaul...It was Not against Uhaul policy in Va., therefore: i had NO idea it was against policy in another state (N.C., Tennessee, SC, Georgia, and Florida are the ONLY States that it is against Uhaul policy to do so) as i "found-out" after two-weeks searching for a residence in Eden. - i endured one harassing phone-call after another before drop-off, but, i successfully unloaded the said Uhaul at a neighborhood storage-unit (by myself, at 56 years old) filled the Uhaul with fuel, cleaned the Uhaul, turned the Uhaul in, returned the next morning to "properly park" the Uhaul / dolly in appropriate stalls (the Eden agent could not physically do that herself) and paid the $1,132.20 bill. - i talked with a manager since that date, and was refunded a 1-day fee for both truck and dolly...However, my best-friend and i are still "traumatized" by our Uhaul experience...She is a retired 72 year-old, i am disabled (i receive a monthly social security allotment for military-PTSD). It is our "hope" Uhaul improves public-relations in the corporate offices (as we have NOT completely "ruled-out" filing suit against Uhaul). - Thank You.

This experience was horrible with this location! It took almost 2 hours to get picked up and an hour to return it. I had called and scheduled ahead and didn't get the truck that was reserved bc person didn't put it in the system. Time was wasted!

Inspect trucks to make sure that they are clean. Ours had a lot of trash and broken glass in the back that we had to sweep out before we could even start loading it for ourselves
