The service at this location was great and the equipment was ready on time. I had to return the trailer after closing hours on Friday but there was no issue. The service rep through the UHaul app helped with the process. Very convenient location for me!
Rosemary FThis is the second time I rented from this location, and I will not rent from there again. Nice people, but very unprofessional and not ready for business. I was greeted by one of the owners accidentally after I had completely hooked up the trailer and went looking for the office. The man came outside with another potential customer wearing just socks (no shoes) and carrying his infant son. No problem with children, but no other child care and in socks! Really! When I returned the trailer, I also completely unhooked and then went to find the office. This time it was the wife holding the same son. It appears maybe they live there. It was almost the same story the first timer I rented there. Never prepared and seems like they always have computer or phone issues, delays, etc. Again, very nice people but not ready for business and I do not plan to rent here again. The other nearby U-Haul dealer is great (Mightly Mini Storage), and I chose that location yesterday, but when I hit the reserve button, it switched me to this dealer (Edgeway Events). If the U-Haul system switches me again, I'll bail and rent from some other company. Please get this dealer straightened out. Thanks.
Mike TNo one answered the phone, no one was there to help take trailer off my hitch. No place to park it. Would never use this facility again. We went there at 12 pm doors locked and called multiple times with no answer.
Lori CTo Uhaul in general, not this location-- Nearly got creamed by semis trying to merge onto a 75mph highway with a governor module set at 75mph. Can't drive defensively like that. Please set it at least to 80mph so one can at least get out of the way once in a while!
AUDREY Hno signage when I arrived so I had to get out and go door-to-door to find the office. Not a normal U-Haul dealer, not professional. They need some training and prep. Nice folks, just not ready for business as a U-Haul dealer.
Michael TIt's an awkward location to park the U-Haul. Another person had parked their U-Haul a bit uneven, so it made it difficult for me when returning mine. There were no personnel, because it was a weekend, which is understandable. I would have appreciated a clearer sign on where the location was/where to park because it was in a plaza and I drove by it the first time. Their location had a very small sign with their company name. Parking seems limited. If one person parks bad, it shorts a future customer. Not really sure how to fix that issue. I did like the convenience of how close it was to return.
