The back of the truck was all covered in sticky snowcone syrup or some similar substance. I had to spend 45 minutes cleaning out the back of the truck before I could even use it.Jackson H.

i wasnt pleased with the cargo van received. One of the back tires was missing a hubcap or had a donut on it..one of the front lights was out...there was a tire in the back of the cargo van..i was very upset. very disappointed with this cargo van. gotta do better. seriously, this is not ok.TEBONYE C.
This location was great, however there is enough stress when moving to have to deal with getting a phone call 2 days before moving saying the truck I had scheduled for 2 weeks will not be available now; that was very disappointing.william L.

The U-Haul I rented had a tire low alert light illuminated on the dash when I started the engine. When I went back it and informed the attendant, he replied "its only a little low don't worry about it". He apparently was aware from the evening before and still provided me the unit for rental. When I responded... he proceeded to attempt to give me a quarter from the register to fill the tire myself and I of course said no that is not my responsibility. There were 3 people in line renting U-Hauls at that time and I had already been there 20 mins. So I responded with the question for clarification that if I have a problem you assure me that you will attend to it and he said to take another unit if I wish and I didn't need the 20 foot for my task. I apprehensively proceeded with my day and gratefully did not have an issue with the tire yet that is not the point.. I will never rent from this location again. They had one staff member running the U-haul rentals, gas, and convenience store counter and he was not very friendly. Thank you! Rhonda KotowskiRHONDA K.

They ripped me off 15.00 dollars because they charged me for 2 days when I had it for like 18 hrs I called them they said they would credit me and never didRonald C.
They said after I took the vehicle to the CLOSEST Uhaul place because the check engine light was on that I would have a large fine if I did not take it back to that location. So I got charged another day and had to take it back the next day because I had put the keys in the lock box. The clerk at the location closest to me said I was allowed to leave it there but I didnt want to take a chance of the large fine if I did not take it to the original location. I rent Uhauls regularly but will not use this location in the future.CATHERINE W.
The truck brook down with me in the middle of I95 but with the help of the police, we were able to safely park it on the side walk to restart. The guy at the location did not care at all but only told me to call uhaul. The wheel was not also alien .AMELIA G.
They were very helpful at Edgewood BP. I had reserved a trailer for 9:00 am from another U-Haul location and they notified me they wouldn't be there until 11:00 am. After calling around to other locations, Edgewood BP was able to provide me with a truck.JULIA E.
The original drop off location was horrible, upon arriving the gentlemen didn't know how to accept the return told me to dtop the keys in the box, and it clearly states that there is an extra charge to do that while the store is open.KIMBERLEY H.
The clerk handled the check-out process well but some customers may not have a smart phone that seems to be needed. Also, too many smart phone steps and processes to keep going and check out. I think this entire process should be simplified and handled via the U-Haul website at home, then a printed form to show the clerk...and off you go!ANTHONY F.

I thought the guy at the PB in Edgewood was very rude. I asked how the tolls would work. Since I don't have a ezpass. He could not answer. Acted like my questions am I self was a bother. First, I was informed that the time limit for use was just and estimate. Then when I went to pickup the truck. I was informed that I had to have the truck back by 1:00 PM, but I told them that that was not going to happen. So, the guy said 2:00 PM, so I told him I would try. So, not know what the penalty was for not bring the truck back by 2:00 Pm. I cut helping my daughter moving into their house, because I had to get the truck back. This was not good. If I had known that there was a time limit. I would have just found another rental company. Now I know, so I doubt if I will ever rent from U-haul again. You should never have to have those limitations when renting and moving truck. Also, I don't believe this truck had been disinfected.
