TOMMIE CThe U-Haul needed new wipers and unfortunately, it rained the entire time I had to move. The wipers were terrible and it was hard to see.
THERESA BThe equipment could use a little attention. In order for me to utilize the ramps on the tow dolly I had to spray WD40 on it to get the rust to loosen up for use. Other than that, this is a typical remote location just get minimal U-Haul items for use and return once complete. Nothing above average with the customer service, process of rental or facility.
LINC MThe one-way rental quote I initially received online-which included damage coverage and a Safe Trip option-totaled $305.25 however, the actual final cost ultimately exceeded $400.95. Although the final bill ran about $100 higher than the original estimate. I had already competed all the necessary preparations for my move, making it virtually impossible to change the dates at that stage. I was left with the strong impression that the company deliberately exploited this situation luring customers in with the promise of low online rates, only to charge them significantly more once they arrived to pick up the vehicle.
