There was rotten apple cores in the cup holders, vomit on the outside passenger door as well as on the passenger side dash. Not only that he charged me twice. Never got a refund back.

TOMMIE CThe U-Haul needed new wipers and unfortunately, it rained the entire time I had to move. The wipers were terrible and it was hard to see.
THERESA BThe equipment could use a little attention. In order for me to utilize the ramps on the tow dolly I had to spray WD40 on it to get the rust to loosen up for use. Other than that, this is a typical remote location just get minimal U-Haul items for use and return once complete. Nothing above average with the customer service, process of rental or facility.
