Randall NMake sure the location hours are updated we got there for an 8pm pick up at 8 pm and they were closed, I started the pickup process it took my payment but we couldn’t get the truck we had to go to another location in a different county and pay again for the truck we should have been able to get but couldn’t because the location said it was open but wasn’t . Do not rent from here.
Kaitlyn GI told them that we had a problem the truck and instead of lowering my rate they raised it plus i put more gas in there then what it was. I will not go to them again. I feel that they over charged me.

JOEL Mi had to wait 10 mins, but the representative was dealing with another customer, so that's understandable. i brought the equipment back before the specified time, but if i would have been late, i would have to see if they would have taken that into effect. apart from that, all good.

MICAH MThe rental truck was in excellent condition. I also rented 12 moving blankets and two Hand Truck Dolly's. There were no hand trucks and only six moving blankets. The U-Haul Rep gave me the number of another U-Haul company a few miles away and told me they would have hand trucks. He said he would remove six blankets from my bill, not to worry. He apologized for not having the hand trucks and said someone did not return them. After we spent several hours loading the truck and were ready to leave for our Edgewater property, I called the number given to me to pick up the two hand trucks. Unfortunately, they were closed on Sunday! I drove back to 1712 Pulaski and was able to pick up one hand truck! This was a major inconvenience for me and my family, and it took up much of my time and added unnecessary miles to my rental. Once we unloaded the rental truck, I dropped the rental truck off at 3427 Pike Ridge Road, along with the six blankets and one hand truck. On 10/21/2024, I received an email from U-Haul stating I was charged $48 for not returning six of the 12 blankets. This is not fair. How did this happen? Please just reimburse me for $48 dollars so I can move on. Thank you, Chris Purvis / 443.900.3362 Call if you need clarification.

HERMAN FMy problem wasn't with the location. My problem was that the keys were missing from the first location, it took an hour before someone actually helped us and we were sent 15 mins in a different direction because of someone's error, the app is not user friendly and the whole process was stressful enough without the reservation problem

Maurice APersonnel was generally frustrating and not pleasant to deal with. I was an hour late for pick up due to traffic but I was very early for return and I didn't appreciate his manner or the disorderliness of the store.
Nathan BWhen I picked up the equipment, the gentleman that helped me was really great. My contract was to bring it back where I picked it up in two days. When I brought it back, a different gentleman was there and he really was not very helpful. I had to ask him twice. Please help me disconnect the trailer. I also had to put in a complaint because for some reason someone messed up and I was supposed to return the trailer to Virginia. I didn't even go to Virginia. I picked it up down from where I lived and was return it down from where I lived. So I had nearly $300 tacked on my card for this, which I am disputing. For the most part I will say U-Haul is the way to go. I've never really had any issues. The gentleman who help me when I picked the trailer up really was great. Very helpful.

Andrew JThe trailer was not maintained properly the left side brake light assembly fell off while I was towing. Had to pull over and make repairs to the unit. Got back to the location to drop off the unit and the attendant wanted me to relocate the unit to a parking area for him.
Darryl HI’m appalled by the smell of the truck. When we picked it up, the windows were all rolled down and we know why. It smelled like death. We used it, then locked it up and closed the windows overnight and it made me vomit when I opened the door the next morning. It was absolutely insane how bad it was.

Henry NThis wad the only uhaul center within 30 miles that was open and would take the trailer. I spent over an hour and drove an extra 30 miles to drop it. Why the hell can a uhaul place say no to a customer for dropping off a trailer like several others did until we found this one.
Pamela HGas was siphoned out of my vehicle while sitting on this lot. Not enough parking...so vehicles vulnerable to Rt. 40 traffic. Overall vehicle experience was positive.
