Your gas policy really just sucks. Your advertising is really fake. You get people to “think” they can rent your vehicles and trucks for ‘as little as $19.99 (or whatever) and then when it’s all over, “wham” you hit them with all the other charges’. You are making $$$ off of suckers. You probably think this is just another jerk Raving off on our costs. I am!!

KIMBERLY RAfter hours returns being all digital is garbage. If my son wasn’t there to help me, it wouldn’t have happened. You ASSUME everyone has a cell phone and is good with 20 steps to return it. That on U-haul not this location.
TERI KIt’s too expensive on a long trip! .99 cents a mile over 200 miles it should be a different rate

ALARON LI did not pick this place to drop off. Hours ended at 12pm and caused problems for my drop off time and did not allow me a full 2 days of rental. Place was very empty and not inviting.

We had numerous problems throughout the rental in regards to the app. Every person we talked to told us something different and we had to spend hours on the phone trying to add drivers etc. We have rented from U-Haul numerous times and never had any problems until this rental.

Mary JThis retailer rented me an unsafe vehicle - rear lights (brake, turn signals, hazards) did not work. I did not discover this until after I rented the truck and loaded it with furniture. Roadside service was unhelpful.

CHARLIE PI had a hard time with the app but the 800 number helped me out so much. She stayed on the line and walked me through the process. Return was easy. The man at our location was quick and easy going. Overall, my experience was a very good experience. Oh, another thing, we were 2 days late returning the truck (26 foot) we had no late fees. We did get a phone call the morning we returned the truck. I was embarrassed but the man made me feel at ease. Thanks U-Haul. Thanks so much!

BRIAN SYour app requires one to know the whole app from beginning to end. There is no way to correct a mistake. Apps are handy. I still prefer face to face human interaction.
