First location i had reserved a truck for one week before pick up date. I arrive there, no one at the office, no one answered the phone, no keys, no codes, nothing! I call uhaul and they are not able to make contact with anyone at this office either. They quickly rescheduled me for another location with a better truck option. The man at the second office was very kind and polite. Would definitely rent from his location again. My pick up up time at the original office was at 8, but by the time I was actually able to pick up a truck, I was 2 -3 hrs behind on schedule. Needless to say it was the hottest day we have had since summer began, with extreme heat warnings. That was the whole point of me picking up a truck early in the morning was to be able to load the truck before it got extremely hot outside. Due to the first office's incompetence, our moving experience was awful. And not only was it awful, I was charged twice for the rental truck. Moving is expensive enough without having money withdrawn from my account that shouldn't have been. When do I get those charges reversed??

The gas reading on the contract was wrong. I told the gentleman who checked me out and he said he knows and it is almost what it says in the contract. Almost means nothing, if I never brought to his attention then I will be charged for fuel. Also he put safe mover on the contract without my consent. I reserved the truck on line and opted out for safe mover and was not expecting on the contract. From now on I will be reading the whole contract, no more trusting them.
Shehzad SI tried to use a coupon/ voucher that I verified before booking. went i went to pay it would not accept it and changed my budget. it was the second truck that my daughter and I rented that week and we had priced things accordingly.
