Perfect and easy
Graham PIt was easy to find, and the self drop worked well. All my issues resulted from the app features and not the actual humans I talked too. The whole experience turned me off from using the app and I am just going to call individual stores instead if I ever rent from U-Haul again. Very impressed with customer service though. They were very helpful when my bill was incorrect.
