One of the tires had low air pressure when I arrived at my destination. Fortunately I had a portable air compressor to fill it up. Also, this is a comment about the overall UHaul rental experience and not this dealer, but I was very disappointed that the closest 10’ truck that matched my reservation was 3 hours away from my original pickup location. This was very inconvenient since I had to pick up the truck a day earlier on short notice on my way to my destination and drive it an extra 3 hours just to get it where it was supposed to pick it up for a one-way rental, and also that meant more money I had to spend on gas. U-Haul needs to do a better job staging their 10’ trucks in locations with high demand and/or give more than 24 hour notice if they cannot have a truck available within a reasonable distance from the rental reservation - I would have had to pay for the first night of my hotel reservation if I would have cancelled my trip due to the late notice.
