The customer service could be better. The prices quoted online in reservation were lower than what I was presented with in contract by 50%. I wouldn’t use this location again. Everything was 2x the price I was quoted online including the furniture dolly which was $7 in quote and $14 in store.

BRANDON KNice lady at the store and overall a good experience. I will say the only disappointment was the pricing difference from what I reserved online versus what I actually paid at pickup. My original online quote was $179.00, but after receiving a call from the original pickup location, I was redirected to this location and ended up paying $220.00. That was not the price I was expecting when I made the reservation. That said, the U-Haul car trailer itself was excellent. It handled far better than any other car hauler I’ve used before, and I would highly recommend it to anyone needing to transport a vehicle. The trailer quality and towing experience were outstanding — I just wish the final price had matched the online reservation quote.
