The pickup of the trailer was good. The drop off was NOT!!! OUR paper work said to return the trailer at 3:15 p.m?? WE get there and the place is closed it is only around 2 p.m. WE call the number we have for the business and after several calls not answering a lady? calls us and asks why are we calling her so many times??? WE are trying to return the trailer and the place is all locked up. She tells us to go around to the side and there is an opening in the fence and drop the trailer off there. Not nice no apology nothing!!
