We had to wait an hour and a half for someone to show up and drive to another location to let someone know there was no one there to let us have the U-Haul we purchased online. We also was given the 1st may we add the smallest U-haul there was when we purchased a 15ft truck. The “so called manager, she quoted her self” said she was being nice about the situation said she couldn’t find the keys and no one showed up for work that day? We ended up going through three trucks and being charged an extra 10 dollars, waiting 3 hours and a quarter tank of gas and my time wasted. One if she was the manager please have the decency to not show have your front side pulling your shirt up, or any employee at that. When returning the truck, come to find out she gave us the wrong truck in the beginning and was charged $150 more than what we were suppose to be charged. Never again will we rent from this place or EVER do business here!!

The folks at the pickup location were great. The Uhaul app on my phone and web-site cost me about an hour in time during pickup due to technical issues. Seemed like backend issues in uhaul reservation software. But I blame Uhaul not the pickup location.
