Representative was very helpful and professional. This is my 2nd time to use a haul trailer from this location. The rep let me use his 7 prong adapter both times. I really appreciated that. Would recommend this pick up location to anyone!!!!!

When we first hooked up the trailer we didn't have light or blinkers. The gentleman at the uhaul center then hooked it to his truck. Said they were working and so hooked back to my truck. He sprayed my hitch with some lubricant and wiggles the trailer hitch and told us we were good to go. That under load we would have a better connection. Anyways about 100 miles into our trip my alternator shorts out because of some wiring issue from the uhaul trailer. So I'm on the side of the road replacing an alternator that cost me $155 because I'm in some strange town and no one to help. I will never use UHaul again.

They opened up late. I was traveling from Colorado to Arkansas and on to Alabama on a tight schedule and they were supposed to open at 8am but it was closer to 8:20am when someone arrived. I had called days before to check on the status of the trailer and even asked if they could come in early but they said no. That was understandable but since I was there very early I had to wait around 45 minutes it would have been nice if they had been there on time at least.

I was told that I had 3 days both by the u-haul site in Heber Springs and when I picked up the truck. When I checked the truck in Tulsa I was informed that I had only 2 days and there was a $57 owed for the extra day. I didn't read the contract I assumed that the dealers in both locations knew what they were telling me.

The check engine light came on and the gentleman came out with a machine and ran the codes. Said it wad an 02 sensor and cleared it. Said if it came back on not to worry. It came back on on tje way to Moiuntain View. Also, it was dirty. Didnt matter to me because it had been raining. Overall wad excellent The gentleman and his wife were amazing. Thank you!

I always rent my U-haul from Jason. He is always so helpful. It's a shame I had to go to Heber Springs and couldn't do business with Jason because the Heber Springs store was horrible.

I was told rental would be $125 fpr the day but when i got there from texas they said it was $375, i told them before i left texas i was going one way but apparently they waited until i got to arkansas by myself to tell me the rate was different. i hate bait and switch, will never use u-haul again unless i get credited back the difference in what i was quoted and what i was charged.
