The drop off location was not open!
DONNA DOur total experience was horrible but not with this location. We made our reservation 2 weeks in advance and knew the pick up location might change. We did not expect to be given 3 different locations in 3 different cities. The day before we were to pick up the trailer, we received a call telling us our 3rd pick up location which was 30 miles one way from our house and we had to return it to that location. Very frustrating experience.
