When I got the truck, it had only a 1/4 of a tank of gas in it. Luckily there is an Alon across the street so I got gas there, then had to fill it a second time to get it back to where it was when I got it. They need to fill up their trucks. I would not have been able to even get to my home had there not been a service station close by.

Rebecca BMake it to where the customer knows if they go over the miles from U-Haul location to U-Haul location(if your house or the house you are moving to is any miles past the U-Haul pickup spot) that it will charge you extra per mile. I wasn’t happy to have an unexpected $40 taken from my bank account. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ON PHONE CALL!
