JONATHON CCara, was awesome!! We're from Texas and needed a truck on short notice and she really came thru. I highly recommend this location if you need a UHaul, really good service.

Brenda HThe truck given was not being maintained. No A/C, engine lights on, and the car jerked when driving. I felt unsafe while in the car. Tried contacting manager to discuss the disappointment and she was very rude and did not follow up or even give any type of discount for the troubles we had. The only good thing about the experience was the young woman that checked us out. She tried helping us but she did not have any authority. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible experience

Robert HBetter service hours. 5pm is too early to close the office. We encountered some obstacles getting the truck and it would have been helpful to have someone to assist.
LOUISA GTruck was not well maintained. It was loud and the engine light was on.
Kamalah HI only used 22 miles. When I received my receipt via email I was charged $30.00 for fuel service fee, and $34.65 for fuel charge 8 gl. My bill was $121.65. I was not told about these fees.

Katherine SThe location was fine and had it not been for Sherry who worked @ the pick up place we would have never gotten out uhaul. Erin at uhaul was beyond rude and disrespectful raising her tone with me stating that the worker on site couldn’t help me. We were delayed two hours in trying to pick up the truck and no one every told us that we would need a passport and another item from the list to verify ourselves. In fact , I called ahead to ensure all was good and gave the lady with uhaul license number and scanned in the app. Never did she mention that additional iD verification would be required. In fact, she stated we were all verified. We left the truck with extra gas than we got which was dead on empty! Thankfully a gas station was across the street. Helen SHad reservations. Took Uber from the airport to Tiger location. Truck not available due to theft of catalytic converters on all of the trucks. Had to take ANOTHER Uber to another location. Incurred more $$ for 2nd Uber ride. Second location, had much better customer service. Although missing antenna on truck. Could not listen to radio.
