I only used 22 miles. When I received my receipt via email I was charged $30.00 for fuel service fee, and $34.65 for fuel charge 8 gl. My bill was $121.65. I was not told about these fees.Angela G.

The location was fine and had it not been for Sherry who worked @ the pick up place we would have never gotten out uhaul. Erin at uhaul was beyond rude and disrespectful raising her tone with me stating that the worker on site couldn't help me. We were delayed two hours in trying to pick up the truck and no one every told us that we would need a passport and another item from the list to verify ourselves. In fact , I called ahead to ensure all was good and gave the lady with uhaul license number and scanned in the app. Never did she mention that additional iD verification would be required. In fact, she stated we were all verified. We left the truck with extra gas than we got which was dead on empty! Thankfully a gas station was across the street.
