How U-Haul Reviews WorkGive a call a couple hours before the return time if the truck is scheduled for someone else immediately after. Just a gentle reminder or just a call to update the current customer that someone has booked the truck after them. The current customer can make adjustments. Waiting to call until the truck is late just makes it hard on everyone.
Alana RCheck engine light was on, truck was dirty, took forever to get the keys because the u-haul app sucks and gives you no direction unless you call the customer service number. Then you get transferred twice until they figure out what the problem is. Overall just a bad experience.
