MICHAEL SYou'll need to go inside, but they were plenty friendly enough. The key drop slot wasn't big enough to fit the key for drop off either, so keep that in mind for timing. The vehicle was spotless & easy to get in/out of the parking lot.

THOMAS KWhen i got there to pick up truck the guy was not even there or anywhere in the building. Which is not professional. I believe i waited a good 10 minutes, some of which was past the time i should of picked the truck up. And he didnt clarify that even if the gas is the way it was when i got the truck. full. That i would be charged over 80 bucks more for driving over the miles i assumed i would. How am i suppose to know exactly how far it will be to a town and storage im not used to going to and it is my first time practically moving a whole house with just one person. I ended up spending over 148 bucks when i had the truck for just 6 hours. A truck that was originally 29.95. My advice travel a little farther and get one elsewhere where they communicate in detail what they should. After all its not like most of us are needing to get a uhaul to move regularly. I was at my old place 6 years and this company didnt help my move go any more smoothly. They made it more stressful wasting my precious money and my time. They even charge 3,00 for a medium box which is ridiculous! So i went to the grocery store after that. Weis is specifically helpful in providing egg boxes so i would instead look there. Only reason i give it two stars is that the trucks drove smoothly and was clean. so clean i didnt have to do any sweeping or cleaning of any kind before returning the truck still. And they did have insurance which is a plus as well. it was only 15 bucks. BUT you can find that at another uhaul dealer where your provided basic customer service in a timely manner and where they communicate clearly what you need to know so your not wasting your money.
MELISSA SScheduled this truck a few weeks ahead. Was told when I called they were not open Labor Day. That forced me to rent it the Sunday before (August 31). When I went to pick up truck, the sign there said Open Labor Day 9 to 1 (I believe those were the hours). I wasted a whole day rental because I was told they weren't open on Labor Day. I didn't even need the truck till Monday evening (Labor Day). Not the most friendliest or knowledgeable staff. Gentleman got frustrated with me when we took truck back because I wanted to see the "adjusted" bill. He just wanted us to drop it off and leave. Truck was in decent order, but staff is lacking.
DEBRA HLikely it's in the info when you book a trailer, but perhaps the size ball needed for the hitch could be more front and center. Otherwise all went smoothly.

GARY CNothing was wrong with the truck or the people I was renting it from, but in all honesty, $1.09/mile is absurd and borderline rapey. For how far I went and how little time it took, the final price I ended up with was ludicrous. Never coming here for this again.

ROBERT MCurrently it's 96 degrees or higher and I got a uhaul that had no working air conditioning. Very rough.
FRANKLIN JI turned in my trailer early and expected a small discount on my bill for doing so. I dropped it off after hours. When I saw my bill, my jaw hit the floor because I had over $700 in charges because “I dropped it off at the wrong location”! (Which I didn’t). I contacted E-town fitness and they were able to rectify the situation. The staff at this location were very helpful when I signed out the trailer and helped me get it hooked up. I’m not sure who was responsible for the snafu on my bill.
CHARLES VThe van was dirty in the back and had furniture moving pads left behind. Also, all of the verification of ID should happen when doing the initial rental, NOT when you get there to pick up the equipment.
Melissa Rsince the location was open, I chose to go inside instead of doing the online check-in. I asked if I should do the online process and was told - no, I will just have to go over it anyway. The person was not very helpful and surely gave off the vibe that I was interrupting his day. I dropped off the truck at 7:30 am but the check-in wasn't recorded until 1:15 pm just 30 minutes before the 24 hour window

Wendy MU-Haul tech had a very difficult time removing the coiled wire retention clips from my hitch. I have also experienced this a couple of times myself on previous rentals. Although the coild wire is a better solution than chains, they are very difficult to remove. You should look into alternate clips.

Kevin BI would not recommend this location to anyone. Upon my arrival I stated I need the truck for 48 hours. The male attendant said oh I’m sure you can do it in 24. I said no I need it for 48 hours. He said ok well let’s just rent it for 24 and then you can have it a few extra hours. I have someone who needs it at 5 Friday night. I said no charge me for 48 hours. I can’t promise I will have it back by that time. He said well you can have it a few extra hours and I’ll charge you for 24. On Friday at around 3 pm I received a phone call from a female attendant who asked when I would have the truck back? I stated we weren’t finished and I would have it back asap. She accused me of having an attitude with her. And then she stated I would be charged for a second day and a late fee. My total should have been around $130.00, had the male attendant acknowledged my request. Instead, I was charged $180.66. I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND. The male attendant ought to have acknowledged my request. The female attendant was rude and overcharged me.

WILLIAM TFirst time my son had pulled a trailer. The return location personnel couldn't be bothered to come out an help him unhook it or park it. Didn't seem to verify the check-in so my son took his own pictures just to make sure. I did get a check-in confirmation the next day and the bill was correct so that's why 2 stars vs. 1.
