Waheed CThe driver side mirror would not stay up to be able to see with. It needed tightened. Other than that major issue, I recommend UHaul for any moving needs.
Shirley MI asked for a 20 foot truck. They said they were having trouble getting a 20 foot truck be able to let them move me up to 26 foot truck and I said I should be able to do that to make it easier for them. I was told at the same price as a 20 foot truck 39.95 they told me doing the return to the same location would be cheaper in the long run but with a 26 foot and the 40 minute drive I had I used $45 in gas and also got a bill for $176 was told I was only 3 miles over what I told them and it would only be a four dollar and some cents overage now I have to drive back down to where I got the truck from and sword that bill of $176 on top of that I got a link to check the truck out before I left the parking lot but didn’t have my cell phone on me and never checked the text. Just went home and started loading the truck then by time I checked my phone the link was already timed out so I never got to do the pre-trip inspection and then when I got back, I checked in the truck and the kid at the counter took the key and said that’s all I had to do. I’d be good once he checks the truck.
Juston WI had a great experience. The two gentlemen at the location provided me with excellent service. They took a look at my configuration, ensured everything was connected properly, and, of course, validated that my lights were working and everything was in order before I drove off. I had to call to extend my rental. I spoke to the young man over the phone. It was extended within moments. These guys did a great job, and they know their stuff. I would highly recommend this Etown location.
